Baku-APA. Latvia will hold military exercises codenamed "Steadfast Javelin II" from September 1 to September 10, which will bring together 1,000 foreign forces, LETA reported on Tuesday, APA reports quoting Xinhua.
The United States, Canada, Italy, Germany, Bulgaria and Latvia will work together to develop interoperability between NATO's allied armed forces, and improve armed forces' planning, coordination, organization and execution capabilities.
Another military exercises codenamed "Silver Arrow 2014" will start on September 29 till October 10 and is to bring together over 1,000 soldiers from Estonia, the United States and Britain.
