The Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office will petition for a preventive measure for the former head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, Andriy Yermak, in the form of detention with an alternative of 180 million hryvnias bail, the head of the SAPO, Oleksandr Klymenko, stated during a briefing, UNN reports.
"The prosecutor's office will request a preventive measure in the form of detention with an alternative of 180 million hryvnias bail," Klymenko said.
In Ukraine, an organized group involved in the legalization of 460 million UAH through elite construction near Kyiv has been exposed; the former head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, Andriy Yermak, was notified of suspicion. Classification: Part 3 of Art. 209 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
The High Anti-Corruption Court announced that it has scheduled a hearing for the petition to apply a preventive measure to the former head of the Office of the President of Ukraine.
