The High Anti-Corruption Court (HACC) of Ukraine has lifted the restrictions imposed on Batkivshchyna party leader Yulia Tymoshenko in the Verkhovna Rada, APA reports.
The HACC made this decision after rejecting a petition from the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office to extend the restrictions.
"The suspect is obligated to: appear at every request of a NABU, a SAP prosecutor, and/or the court; inform the NABU detective and SAP prosecutor of any change in their place of residence and/or place of work," the ruling states. The ban on leaving the country, communicating with members of the Verkhovna Rada, and using a foreign passport has been lifted.
