Turkish Vice President Cevdet Yılmaz will represent his country at the 8th Summit of the European Political Union to be held in Yerevan, the capital of Armenia, on May 4, Anadolu Agency reports.
The meeting, which will be held under the theme "Building the Future: Unity and Stability in Europe," will discuss strengthening democratic resilience, developing connectivity, and increasing cooperation in the fields of economy and energy security.
According to the information, recent developments in the region and global issues will also be on the agenda.
Note that Cevdet Yılmaz’s visit to Yerevan will be the first visit to Armenia at this level from Türkiye.
