British police said on Thursday they had arrested three men in connection with an attempted arson attack on the offices of a Persian language media organisation in northwest London, Reuters reports.
A boy aged 16 and two men aged 19 and 21 were arrested on suspicion of arson endangering life and taken into police custody where they remain, the police said, adding Wednesday's incident was not being treated as terrorism.
Police said an ignited container was thrown towards the premises in Wembley at about on Wednesday evening, landing in a car park where the fire extinguished itself. No damage was reported and there were no injuries.
Officers later pursued a black car believed to be involved, which later crashed, police said.
It comes a day after police said they had arrested two unnamed individuals in connection with a separate attempted arson attack on a synagogue in north London, which the force says is not being linked at this stage.
