The transportation of Russian oil to Hungary via the Druzhba pipeline has resumed, said Hungary’s Minister for European Union Affairs János Bóka on Facebook, APA reports.
According to the minister, oil transit via the Druzhba pipeline from the Belarus direction through Ukraine has been restored today.
He noted that, according to calculations, Russian oil is expected to arrive in the country by tomorrow morning at the latest.

Ukraine’s Ukrtransnafta company is ready to resume oil transportation to Hungary and Slovakia via the repaired Druzhba oil pipeline, APA reports, citing Hungary’s MOL Group.
It was noted that Ukrtransnafta, which is responsible for operating the Druzhba pipeline in Ukraine, has officially informed MOL Group about this. It was reported that repair works on the pipeline have been fully completed.
The company’s statement emphasized that all technical conditions are now in place to restart the transit of crude oil to Hungary and Slovakia.
