One civilian was killed and 18 people were injured in the most recent Russian attack on Odesa, the region's Governor Oleg Kiper stated, APA reports.
Kiper stressed that there were children among the wounded and branded the strike a "nighttime attack" by "non-humans."
Earlier, the Ukrainian air force said it recorded new attacks with the Kh-22 missiles on the port city.

The Ukrainian air force said that it noticed new attacks on the city of Odesa and urged citizens to take shelter, APA reports citing Teletrader.
"The repeated launch of the Kh-22 in the direction of the Odesa region was recorded!" the Ukrainian air force stated on Telegram. Meanwhile, the Ukrainian news agency UNIAN reported explosions were heard in the city.
Over the past several days, Russia carried out strikes on Odesa in response to the attack on the Crimean Bridge for which Moscow blamed Ukraine.
