"Of course, we are closely monitoring what is happening in Georgia with some concern," NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte stated during a press conference ahead of the Defense Ministers' meeting, APA reports citing IPN.
"I have already commented on the results of Georgia’s elections and our desire for Georgia to remain on the path toward NATO and the European Union, in alignment with our values of democracy, the rule of law, and human rights.
However, I believe I should refrain from repeating this every time, as I have already made my statement. But rest assured, we are closely watching developments in Georgia with some concern," Rutte emphasized.
