According to Klitschko, on May 15, flags will be flown at half-mast on all municipal buildings in the capital. It is also recommended to lower state flags on buildings of both public and private ownership.
On May 15, any entertainment events are prohibited in the city.
The Mayor of Kyiv added that the clearing of debris in the damaged building in the Darnytskyi district of the capital is ongoing. At this time, it is confirmed that there are 7 dead.
Rescuers are continuing the search and rescue operation.
