Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze accused the West of unleashing the Ukrainian conflict in his interview with Die Weltwoche, APA reports.
The politician stressed that Western states were actively involved in arming Kiev, including after the conflict became large-scale.
"The situation has reached a large-scale conflict, during which Western countries continued to supply weapons to Ukraine. This is happening despite the fact that no one has seriously thought about how to end the war or prevent it, which shocks many people," he said.
According to Kobakhidze, it was necessary to take "all possible measures" to avoid a military conflict. He added that Georgia is deeply concerned about the "destroyed friendly country."
