"EU leaders at the summit in Paris showed their readiness to take on the issue of providing security guarantees for Ukraine," said NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte, APA reports citing TASS.
"Ready and willing. That is my conclusion from today's meeting in Paris. Europe is ready and willing to step up. To lead in providing security guarantees for Ukraine," he wrote in X.
In addition, according to Rutte, the EU is "ready and willing to invest much more in security." "The details will have to be worked out, but the commitments are clear," he concluded.
