In the Lvov region, nine monuments to Soviet soldiers were dismantled per day. This was reported in the Ukrainian media, APA reports.
Monuments to the heroes of the Great Patriotic War were demolished in the settlements of Orekhovchik, Podkamen, Ponikovitsa, Semiginov, Skelevka, Rudniki, Brody, Sukhovolya and Yazlovchik, the telegram channel “Decolonization. Ukraine”.
Earlier, four monuments to Soviet soldiers near the villages of Buyanov, Lipovtsy, Lopushanka and Pomoryany were demolished in the Lviv region, reports RT. Before that, it was reported about the dismantling of the monument to the Hero of the Soviet Union Yuri Gagarin in Kyiv.
