The bodies of 24 people have been recovered from under the rubble of a residential building in Kyiv’s Darnytskyi district that was struck as a result of an attack by the Russian army, the State Emergency Service of Ukraine said in a statement, APA reports.
It was reported that the search and rescue operation lasted for more than 28 hours.
“At present, the deaths of 24 people have been confirmed, including 3 children. Another 48 people were injured,” the statement said.
