Reports on Viktor Yushchenkoâ€™s dissolving the parliament spread

The sites write that the presidentâ€™s decree is kept a secret and is not published in official press. Making a special statement on the first anniversary of parliamentary elections, Yushchenko criticized the Supreme Rada for its having failed to meet hopes.
â€œAs the head of Ukrainian state elected by the people, I demand the parliament-government majority to stop illegal activity,â€ he said.
Commenting on the governmentâ€™s activity in the direction of creating absolute majority (300 votes) in the parliament Yushchenko regarded it as inspection of peopleâ€™s will, violation of Constitution and illegality. He said that 8-month activity of Viktor Yanukovichâ€™s coalition government was accompanied by attacks on the constitutional structure of the country and violation of votersâ€™ will.
â€œThe constitution determined the exact date framework and rules of the formation of the coalition. Coalition is formed not on the basis of individual and collective membership, but decision of parliamentary factions. Current measures creates basis for regarding parliamentary majority as anti-constitutional, government activity as illegitimate,â€ he said.
The president said in case illegal absolute majority is formed in the parliament he will announce extraordinary parliamentary elections. The president invited the speaker and leaders of all factions to debates on March 30.
The decree on dissolution of the parliament is expected to be publicized after these debates. The source in the Socialist Party represented in the government said that if decree on dissolving the parliament is issued the parliament will have an extraordinary meeting. According to the source, absolute majority has already formed of 300 parliamentarians and the parliament can make amendment to the constitution on abolishing the post of the president. In this case Victor Yushchenkoâ€™s presidency will announced to be illegal. /APA/
