Azerbaijan and South Korea hold next round of political consultations

The next round of political consultations between Azerbaijan and the Republic of Korea has been held, APA reports.

Azerbaijan's co-chair of the talks, Deputy Foreign Minister Elnur Mammadov, said the meeting was held jointly with Deputy Foreign Minister of the Republic of Korea Chung Eui-hae.

During the discussions, the parties emphasized the steadily expanding cooperation between the two countries. They discussed prospects for developing cooperation in areas such as digital transformation, innovation, education, energy and transport connectivity.

It was noted that against the backdrop of deepening ties in various fields between Azerbaijan and Korea, regular political dialogue serves as an important platform for identifying new opportunities for cooperation and advancing practical projects.
