European Conference of Presidents of Parliament to be held

Baku. Viktoriya Dementyeva - APA. The next Conference of Presidents of Parliament will be held in Limassol, Cyprus, from 10 to 12 June 2010, APA reports quoting press service of the Council of Europe.
The Conference will bring together Speakers and Presidents of the Parliaments of the Member States of the Council of Europe and parliaments enjoying observer status with PACE and international parliamentary assemblies. The themes of the Conference will be: “Rights and Responsibilities of the Opposition in a Parliament†and “National Parliaments and International Human Rights law: implementation of the principle of non-discriminationâ€.
