At least six killed as storms hit Czech Republic and Poland

Prague. Warsaw –APA. At least six people were killed as storms hit the Czech Republic and Poland. According to APA, four people were killed in Poland by uprooted trees, one drowned. Dozens were injured, including 17 people electrocuted by a fallen cable. A 75-year old woman was killed in the Czech Republic. The Poland’s southeastern region of Wroclaw suffered seriously. The strong wind damaged electric lines in the Czech Republic and created problems in the tram movements.
