Amsterdam –APA. Families of the victims of Turkish Airlines Boeing 737-800 plane crash near Amsterdam filed the lawsuit against US aviation giant Boeing and Turkish Airlines. The suit was filed in Chicago, the headquarters of Boeing, APA reports quoting AFP. "It is extremely important to the families of the victims we represent that all responsible parties are brought to justice without exception," said the law firm Ribbeck Law Chartered in its statement. Dutch investigators said in early March that the accident was probably caused by a faulty altimeter. The plane crashed just before landing at Schiphol airport killing 10 people, including three pilots and injuring 80. There were 135 passengers and crew members on board. The Turkish Airlines said it would pay compensation to the passengers, 50 000 euro to the families of killed passengers, 5-10 euro to the injured people and 5 000 euro to others. The company also compensated the treatment expenditures of the injured passengers.
