Baku. Agshin Rafigoglu - APA-Economics. In April 2015 Turkey reduced gas import from neighbour countries 13.17% to 3,572,000,000 cubic meters.
Most of gas was imported from Russia. This country exported 1,891,000,000 cubic meters of gas to Turkey, Iran exported 514 mcm.
Azerbaijan became 2nd country by exporting 530 mcm of gas to Turkey.
Turkey’s LNG import raised 13.42% to 636 mcm.
Natural gas export also advanced 38.24% to 52 mln cubic meters. The importer was only Greece.
Natural gas consumption in Turkey grew 4% to 4,057,000,000 cm.
