Baku. Aqshin Rafigoglu – APA-Economics. In January-September, 2013, 32.5 mln tonnes of oil were transported via Azerbaijan’s main oil pipelines, down 1.8% from previous year.
According to State Statistical Committee, ¾ (24.6 mln tonnes) of transportation has been carried out via Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan pipeline.
Moreover, 2.1 mln tonnes of Turkmen oil were transported via BTYC pipeline through Sangachal terminal during the reporting period.
During this period, 14.6 bcm of gas were transported via main gas pipelines, up 3.5% from 2012.
21.1% (3.1 bln bcm) of gas transportation has been carried out via Baku-Tbilisi-Erzurum pipeline.
