Moscow. Farid Akbarov - APA. “Moscow thinks that unilateral action on construction of Trans Caspian gas pipeline will lead to losing confidence among the regional countries”, said official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry Alexander Lukashevich, APA reports.
“Moscow thinks that unilateral action on construction of Trans Caspian gas pipeline will lead to losing confidence among the regional countries. It’s not an exception that lobbyists of the project outside the region are trying to achieve it as a strategic partner and supporter of all political dividends of the pipeline. The heads of the 5 countries confirmed at the Caspian Summit held in Astrakhan last year that they bear unanimous responsibility on the future of the Caspian. We think that this issue also includes gas pipeline”, he said.
