Baku. Agshin Rafigoglu - APA-Economics. “Azerbaijan got good revenue from the developing period of oil production and these revenues have been directed to State Oil Fund. However, most of these revenues have been spent to the different projects and development of the country”, said the Minister of Finance Samir Sharifov.
According to him, most of expenditures of SOFAZ are transfers to the state budget: “These funds are spent for implementation of different projects. However, number of these projects decreases. Therefore, SOFAZ’s expenditures are planned to be reduced”.
As of July 1, SOFAZ’s assets stood at AZN 37.6 bln.
