In a word, the gas to be transported by TANAP will pass from Turkey. This is very significant issue”, the former US ambassador to Azerbaijan, board member of Turcas Petrol Matthew Bryza said in his interview to Åžalom newspaper.
“Turkey meets 60% of demand for gas from Russian gas, a part from Iranian gas. Though the figures are secret, we know that this is expensive for Turkey. However, the figures offered by Azerbaijan will be very advantageous”, Bryza said.
