Baku. Agshin Rafigoglu - APA-Economics. Kazakh KazMunayQaz company will purchase fuel and lubricating products from abroad, said the Deputy Minister of Energy Magzum Mirzagaliyev.
According to him, Kazakhstan faced fuels and lubricants shortage: “to solve this problem, KazMunayQaz signed contracts with Russia and Azerbaijan. According to contract, the company will purchase 180,000 tonnes of fuels and lubricants from Russia, 10,000 tonnes from Azerbaijan”.
“Kazakhstan is waiting for normalization of the situation regarding fuels and lubricants shortage and the situation is normalizing. After completion of modernization of oil refinery in 2016, domestic market will be supplied with fuels and lubricants shortage and Kazakhstan will not face fuels and lubricants shortage in 2022-2023”, he added.
