Azerbaijan has transported 4 bcm of Shahdeniz gas to Georgia, 30 bcm to Turkey, so far, said the First Vice-President of State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Khoshbakht Yusifzadeh at the 13th conference on investments and energy regulation of the Energy Regulators Regional Association (ERRA).
According to him, the field has produced 55 bcm of gas and 14 mln tonnes of condensate since it was launched. He also noted that Azerbaijan has 2 bln tonnes of oil and 2.55 trillion cm of gas reserve.
Yusifzadeh said forecasted reserves make 2 bln tonnes of oil and 3.45 trillion cm of gas: “Total reserves are evaluated at the equivalent of 10 mln tonnes”.
