Baku. Agshin Rafigoglu - APA-Economics. In January-May 2015, industrial production rose 3.7% to AZN 10.8 bln.
State Statistical Committee told APA-Economics that the production in non-oil sector rose 12.4%, in oil and gas sector – 1.4%.
The mining sector, which produced 63.5% of industrial output, produced 17.6 mln tonnes of oil and 8.5 bcm of marketable gas and other products.
The production in processing sector made 28.0%. 7.7% made energy, production, distribution and supply of gas and steam, 0.8% water supply, waste treatment and processing.
88.4% of general industrial products fell to share of goods, 11.6% to industrial services, and 76.3% to private sector.
