State Statistical Committee told APA-Economics that machinery and equipment production dropped 6.9%, cars and trailers rose 57.0%, transport facilities soared 3.5 times.
Azerbaijan produced 1,781 vehicles, up 5.5 times by contrast to a year earlier. Finished products stood at 266 units.
202 trucks were produced in the country during the same period, up 1% compared to a year earlier.
At the same time, tractor production rose 2.1 times to 1,014, plows rose 11.1% to 732.
