Baku. Agshin Rafigoglu – APA-Economics. In January-June of 2015, Azerbaijan produced AZN 127.2 mln-machinery and equipment, transport facilities, cars and trailers.
State Statistical Committee told APA-Economics that machinery and equipment production dropped 25.2%, cars and trailers fell 27.1%, and transport facilities slipped 2.1%.
Azerbaijan produced 325 vehicles, down 75.4% by contrast to a year earlier. Finished products stood at 335 units.
Truck production raised 13.6% to 142. Moreover, 315 special vehicles were produced in the reporting period.
At the same time, tractor production fell 10.4% to 540.
