He told the Gas Infrastructure World Caspian-2009 in Baku that he did not rule out the construction of new pipelines to ensure the operation at full capacity.
According to him, several international financial institutions have already expressed their interest in the project.
"The EBRD and other financial institutions are interested to take part in the project. After negotiations with the EBRD, it agreed to finance the procurement of equipment for the project,†he added.
