Azerbaijan to bring online 12 wells at Guneshli this year

Baku. Rashad Suleymanov - APA-Economics. 9 deepwater pipelines in the total length of 20 km will be laid between platforms at Guneshli in the Azerbaijani sector of the Caspian Sea, said SOCAR.
The company said 3 operation units will be put into use in 2 booster stations.
The daily capacity of the station will increase to 10.5 million cubic meters from 7.4 million cubic meters.
Besides, a compressing station with a daily capacity of 2 million cubic meters will be commissioned at Platform 4.
13 existing platforms at Guneshli produces 14 500 tonnes of oil, 18.3 million cubic meters of gas a day.
5, 283 million tonnes of oil and condensates 6,5 billion cubic meters of gas were produced last year.
Gas production at the field increased by 2.5 times over the past 3 years. It is planned to bring online 10 gas and 2 oil wells at the field this year.
