President Ilham Aliyev: "Azerbaijan's further development will be sustainable"

The Head of State noted that the establishment of such enterprises across the country will reduce the dependence on oil and gas: “In this regard, the relevant work is being done, serious reforms, which bear fruit, are carried out. Stability has been ensured in the financial sector. This year, tens of thousands of new working places have been created. This process continues. There are many positive achievements in agriculture. Thus, the further development of Azerbaijan will be stable thanks to two important areas - industrial production and agriculture. "

President Ilham Aliyev noted that other areas are also important: development of transport infrastructure, telecommunications, information technology, chemical industry, etc.

“But in general, industrial production and agriculture are key priorities and will remain in the future. We are working according to the plan. First, infrastructure projects, roads, power plants, then - social services: schools, jobs, loans, etc. I look at the future with great hope and optimism. Neither crisis nor any event in the world can influence us. Azerbaijan is hotbed of stability and development. That's why millions of foreign tourists come to Azerbaijan. Not only to admire the historical monuments, but also because here safety and service are at a high level. There are hospitable people and beautiful environment that we are creating,” the President said.
