Baku – APA. The voting in Azerbaijan’s constitutional referendum is organized very well, Kyriakos Kyriakou-Hadjiyanni, a member of the Cyprus parliament, rapporteur of the OSCE PA’s General Committee on Democracy, Human Rights and Humanitarian Questions, told reporters in Baku Sept. 26.
The OSCE PA rapporteur is monitoring the referendum in Azerbaijan.
“A variety of promotional materials are available at polling stations,” he said. “I have visited four polling stations since the voting started.”
The voting in referendum on making amendments to Azerbaijan’s Constitution kicked off at 8:00 am local time on Sept.26.
The voting will wrap up at 7:00 pm.
