Azerbaijan’s President Ilham Aliyev has approved the amendments to the Migration Code.
The following two articles have been added to the law, APA reported.
“Article 9.3.4-1. Until court exempts the convict from the rest of his/her sentence or the convict serves the rest of his main sentence – when the sentence against pregnant women and those with underage children has been postponed.”
“Article 17.1.5-1. Until court exempts the convict from the rest of his/her sentence or the convict serves the rest of his main sentence – when the sentence against pregnant women and those with underage children has been postponed.”
