Baku – APA. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev on Wednesday signed an order on the replacement of judges of a number of courts of first instance.
Following judges were replaced:
Etibar Zulfugar oglu Humbatov was dismissed from the post of judge of Nasimi District Court and appointed as judge of Shamakhi District Court.
Zamig Akif oglu Rasulov was dismissed from the post of judge of Jabrayil District Court and appointed as judge of Astara District Court.
Alakbar Mammadtaghi oglu Huseynov was dismissed from the post of judge of Gusar District Court and appointed as judge of Mingachevir City Court.
Rafig Vali oglu Kazimov was dismissed from the post of judge of Balaken District Court and appointed as judge of Gusar District Court.
Tarana Talish gizi Huseynova was dismissed from the post of judge of Shamakhi District Court and appointed as judge of Jabrayil District Court.
The order comes into force on the day of its signing.
