Only a year later, when the Armenians made a complaint against Azerbaijan, the Court started a similar procedure in both cases. The Court does not want Azerbaijan to have some privileged position before the court,” Asgarov noted.
He said that Dilgam Asgarov and Shahbaz Guliyev have been being illegally held in hostage in Nagorno-Karabakh for two years already, and that a complaint has been sent to the European Court in this regard.
"The application submitted to the court in connection with Dilgam Asgarov and Shahbaz Guliyev should be considered soon,” he stressed.
