Eco-activists and representatives of NGOs are continuing the action in the city of Shusha - on the road to Lachin, in protest against the illegal exploitation of mineral deposits, especially the Kizybulag gold and Demirli copper-molybdenum deposits, in the areas under the temporary control of Russian peacekeepers, APA's correspondent reports from the scene.
Bonfires were left in the area where the protest action took place. Despite the frosty weather, eco-activists said that they will continue the action tonight.
The peaceful protest action continues since December 12.
As of December 23 at 10:15 p.m., the temperature in Shusha is -3 degrees Celsius.
