Today, three vehicles of the International Committee of the Red Cross moved from Khankendi to Lachin.
Conditions have been set up for the convoy, which consists of two passenger vehicles and one truck, to proceed freely from the area of the protest.
The protestors pulled off the road, creating a path for cars to pass through.
The state of Azerbaijan and the protestors proved once again that they have no problems with the peaceful Armenian population.
