The number of cases where a work permit is not required for foreigners and stateless persons is increasing, according to the amendment proposed to the Migration Code discussed at the meeting of the Milli Majlis today, APA reports.
This case will apply to the resident of the technology park (in the case of a legal entity, those who hold the position of its head and deputies) and specialists with experience in the field of information and communication technologies who are involved in labor activities in the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan by that resident.
In accordance with this, it is planned to issue permission to those persons for temporary residence in the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
The draft law was put into vote and adopted in the third reading.
