“Within the framework of Great Return the First State Program, during the period after Great Victory, a lot of works have been done and these works are increasing,” Emin Huseynov, Special Representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the liberated territories of the Karabakh Economic Region (except Shusha district) said, APA’s Shirvan bureau reports.
Emin Huseynov stressed that the purpose of the program is the early return of the former IDPs to their ancestral lands, restoration of Karabakh and East Zangazur, and return of life there: “Additionally, you know that IDPs have already returned to our two villages by the state, they are living in their ancestral lands now. The number will further increase in the next periods. Especially our expectation is that a condition will be created in both Lachin and Zabukh and Sus, also Fuzuli for relocation by the end of this year.
