Azerbaijani Parliament’s Committee chairman: It is Khankandi’s turn to establish institute of special representation

“Now it is Khankandi’s turn. The establishment of the institute of special representation there will allow the local Armenian population, who wait for decisions from Iran, Russia, and the West for 300 years, to obey the Constitution and laws, to put an end to enmity. If, once Robert Kocharyan and Serzh Sarkisyan went for the presidency of Armenia from Karabakh, now, the Armenian society cannot be saved by bringing in a leader from outside. Karabakh’s happy future depends on Azerbaijan only. Now Baku is a place of hope for millions of people living in Khankandi, Yerevan, and Tabriz. Therefore political reforms strengthen the position of our state,” said the Chairman of the Human Rights Committee of the Milli Majlis Zahid Oruj at the plenary meeting of the parliament, APA reports.

According to him, Azerbaijan is becoming integrated not only geographically, but also legally, politically, and administratively: “We believe that the elections to be held in Khankandi, legitimate management structures to be formed under the leadership of President Ilham Aliyev putting forward the peaceful return to the Western Azerbaijani lands as new national ideology, will complete the transition from territorial integrity to political-legal integrity. In the ancient history of our nation, only now there is a single leader of the south, north, east, and west - Azerbaijanis of the whole world!”
