Azerbaijani MP: We must ensure control over Khankendi

"We are on the eve of World Azerbaijanis Solidarity Day. For many years, this holiday did not belong to our compatriots living in the South. But the speech of our President regarding their rights creates hope among the world Azerbaijanis," said the Azerbaijani MP Tahir Karimli at the meeting of Milli Majlis, APA reports.

The MP noted that there are great duties before us: "They wanted to hit us with Karabakh. But the liberation of Great Azerbaijan starts from Karabakh. We have great duties within the country. It is the first time in the last 200 years that we have returned land. We must ensure control over Khankendi. Today I call everyone to unite around Ilham Aliyev who was accepted as a leader of all Azerbaijanis by the absolute majority".
