A state fee of 340,000 manat will be charged for organizing casino games on artificial land areas within the section of the Caspian Sea (lake) belonging to the Republic of Azerbaijan, APA reports.
This is reflected in the proposed additions to Articles 22.0.42 and 23.2-1 of the "Law on State Fees."
According to the draft, a fee of 340,000 manat will be required for organizing casino games on artificial land areas within the section of the Caspian Sea (lake) belonging to the Republic of Azerbaijan, with an additional 340,000 manat payable annually during the validity of the license.
The annual fee is to be paid each subsequent year by the date the license was originally issued.
