"The composition of the Terminology Commission should be reviewed and its activities should be activated," said President of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences (ANAS), academician, Chairman of the Toponymy Commission Isa Habibbeyli during his speech at the conference "Development Strategy of the Azerbaijani Language as the State Language: Current Status and Prospects," APA reports.
"In addition, with the help of ANAS, television programs should be reorganised. I should also note that an orthoepy dictionary is currently being prepared. We are also considering preparing a dictionary of neologisms," he said.
