APA reports, goal of the visit is the familiarization with Azerbaijan, learning of opportunities to extend relationship and holding negotiations for implementation of documents signed in energy and transport fields. Swiss Embassy in Azerbaijan told APA, the guest would go sightseeing of Baku, including Icherisheher (Old City), where would attend the inauguration of new building of Swiss Embassy. The Swiss President will visit the Azerbaijan Museum of History as well. Pascal Couchepin will hold talks with his Azerbaijani counterpart Ilham Aliyev and meet with Parliament Speaker Ogtay Asadov. No documents are expected to be signed during the visit.
