Ramil Mammadli-APA. “We have had talks with the leadership of the Council of Europe several times to get unanimous position from the organization that there are no political prisoners in Azerbaijanâ€, Head of Azerbaijan’s parliamentary delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) Samad Seyidov told APA.
“It is obvious that there are no political prisoners in Azerbaijan. But if they have double standard approach on this issue again, we will also express our position. All these issues will possibly be brought to the notice of the Council of Europe in June session againâ€, he said.
