State Border Service holds ceremony on the occasion of Heydar Aliyevâ€™s 85th anniversary

Baku. Haji Zeynalov -APA. On Thursday, State Border Service held a ceremony on the occasion of Heydar Aliyevâ€™s 85th anniversary, APA reports. Chief of the State Border Service Elchin Guliyev delivered speech â€œHeydar Aliyev is a savior of Azerbaijani People and founder of independent countryâ€. He said Heydar Aliyev became a peak of the history of modern Azerbaijan and people with his huge and comprehensive activity. Elchin Guliyev said fundamental changes in the organization and formation of the border troops were possible after the Heydar Aliyevâ€™s return to power and thanks to his attention and care. He said border troops staff were worthy doing its tasks and securing the borders of our country. Military Aide to the President Vahid Aliyev emphasized Heydar Aliyevâ€™s great role in the development of border troops. Then distinguished military servicemen were decorated with medals and ranks and winners of composition contest â€œHeydar Aliyevâ€™s patriotism is an example for usâ€ among the schoolchildren of border regions were announced.
