They said Shahriyar’s father was Turk, but not Persian as it was shown in the film. Some points also dissatisfied Shariyar’s family. They said producers didn’t base on the facts and documents and didn’t’ collect information from the family sources.
Great Azerbaijani-Iranian poet Seyid Mohammad Husein Behcat Tabrizi was born in 1906 in Khoshginab village near Tabriz. His first poetry collection was published in 1929. He wrote poems in Azeri and Farsi. His poem “Heydarbabaya Salam” (Greetings, Heydar Baba) and collection “Turkic Divan” have been published in Azerbaijan. The poet died on September 18, 1988 in Tabriz.
