Azerbaijani Army troops to attend the military parade in the capital

Students of Land Forces, Interior Troops, and Border Forces, as well as Special Forces, task forces will participate in the parade. Military equipment of Military Air Forces, Anti -Aircraft Defense and self-propelled artillery will be demonstrated in the parade. Ships of Azerbaijani Navy and Coast Guard will support the parade.
New arms and military equipment, as well as aircrafts, artillery equipment, â€œSmerchâ€ 9K58 - Multiple Launch Rocket System will be demonstrated. Moreover, fighter jets and helicopters of Azerbaijani Military Air Forces will perform exemplary flights. Military equipment will be demonstrated in the central streets of Baku.
Eldar Sabiroglu, Spokesman for Defense Ministry declined to give information about the parade.
Ilham Aliyev has issued an order to hold solemn parade on the 90th anniversary of Azerbaijani Armed Forces.
The first parade was held on October 9, 1992.
