Mehdiyev noted that there would be technical changes in the document. He added that the composition of election commissions would not be formed on parity basis and stressed that current composition of commissions was just.
Commenting on three imprisoned journalists, Mehdiyev added that court passed just decision and the issue should not be politicized.
