Representation of the Council of Europe in Azerbaijan told APA that Jan Kubish was planned to meet with Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov, Prime Minister Artur Rasizade and speaker of the parliament Ogtray Asadov. President Ilham Aliyev is expected to receive chairman of the CE Committee of Ministers. After the official meetings Jan Kubish plans to meet with the leaders of the political parties, representatives of nongovernmental organizations and international organizations.
